Design Review Committee
The KREHA Design Review Committee (DRC) consists of three members and is responsible for interpretation and enforcement of restrictions, easements and agreements described in the Covenants for the plat of Kopachuck Ridge Estates.
The Covenants state that the DRC and all members are responsible for the enforcement of the Covenants. If you as a member feel that there is a violation of the Covenants, please notify the DRC.
The Covenants require that members obtain approval from the DRC prior to making any of following changes to the property:
- Trimming or removing trees
- Planting of trees
- Significant changes to landscaping
- Painting of the outside of the home
- Re-roofing of the home
- Remodeling of the outside of the home
- Building of any structures viewable from any street or neighbors
To expedite your request for approval, please submitt a plan with details. Please use this sample plan as a guide in writing your plan.
You can notify the DRC of a Covenant violation or obtain approval for changes to your property by printing this form, and mailing the form to the address below or sending an email to the DRC members with the information. Make sure to include your name, address and phone numbers.
