Kopachuck Ridge Estates Homeowners Association (KREHA) is committed to protect it's members personal contact information. This privacy policy is provided so you will understand when and how personal information is collected, used, disclosed and protected with respect to our web site, www.kreha.org (the "Site"). By using the Site, you consent to the data practices described in this statement.

"Personal information" is information which is directly associated with a specific individual, as well as information about activities that are directly linked to a specific person. KREHA collects this personally identifiable information as part of the member registration process either through the web site or personal contact.
As a user of the KREHA Site, KREHA may collect your personally identifiable information when you visit our Site. Personal contact information for KREHA members is not available to the public on the Site. Members that have registered on the Site are provided a unique user name and password for access to the Members Only area of the site. The Members Only area contains personally identifiable information for KREHA members.
The names of KREHA Officers is considered in the public domain and is displayed on the site. Personnally identifiable information for businesses and contractors is considered in the public domain may from time to time be displayed on the Site.

This information can include: your IP address, browser type, domain names, access times, referring Web site addresses, and your browsing behavior as relates to the Site, including entry and exit points for the Site and page views. Access to the members only area of the Site requires your agreement with the policy that you or any member of your household will not loan, disclose or make available any personal contact information contained in the members roster or any personal contact information located in the Members Only area of this Site with anyone outside of KREHA.

KREHA will occasionally update this Statement of Privacy to reflect KREHA officers and member feedback, or if Association practices change, technology changes, or as the Association adds services and/or features to the Site. KREHA encourages you to periodically review this Statement to be informed of how KREHA is protecting your information. If any material changes to this Privacy statement and/or how user's personal information is handled, an "Update" notice will be posted on the Site.
